At KTR, your FAMILY'S HEALTH and SAFETY is

On Monday, June 29, 2020, Governor Doug Ducey issued an executive order temporarily closing specific businesses, including indoor gyms or fitness clubs. This announcement also stated that further clarification regarding youth sports will come from the Department of Public Health.
As a family action sports center, the newest state order does not apply to our facility at this time, and KTR will remain open for families to enjoy.
What KTR is doing to protect your family from illness: ​

We are announcing hand washing reminders to our guests every 2 hours.

We have added additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility.

We have implemented an enhanced cleaning schedule each day as a preventative measure for the COVID-19, cold and flu viruses, which includes properly sanitizing all easily accessible surfaces every 1.5-2 hours.

Temperature checks for employees before every shift

50% customer capacity at all times

Hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility

Increased cleaning for high traffic areas (railings, benches, balls, rings, bars, etc.) throughout the day while our customers are in the center

Continued daily deep cleaning of the entire facility (trampolines, obstacles, toddler zone, airbags, cafe, etc.

Social distancing practices where appropriate (kiosks, front desk, retail, cafe, attractions, etc.)

We are actively monitoring the news regarding COVID-19.

We are following the latest recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

We are committed to immediate action and communication to impacted families should we receive word of COVID-19 in one of our centers.
What you can do to help:
As with any cold and flu season, we ask that you regularly wash your hands and keep children, siblings or caretakers home to recover if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Fever of (100.4° and higher)

Severe cough

Shortness of breath

Green mucus

Sore throat

Skin rash

Vomiting
-
Diarrhea

Additionally, we ask that you remain at home if anyone in your family has been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or has recently traveled from an area with widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19.
