At KTR, your FAMILY'S HEALTH and SAFETY is

OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY

On Monday, June 29, 2020, Governor Doug Ducey issued an executive order temporarily closing specific businesses, including indoor gyms or fitness clubs. This announcement also stated that further clarification regarding youth sports will come from the Department of Public Health.

As a family action sports center, the newest state order does not apply to our facility at this time, and KTR will remain open for families to enjoy.

What KTR is doing to protect your family from illness:

  • We are announcing hand washing reminders to our guests every 2 hours.

  • We have added additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the facility.

  • We have implemented an enhanced cleaning schedule each day as a preventative measure for the COVID-19, cold and flu viruses, which includes properly sanitizing all easily accessible surfaces every 1.5-2 hours.

  • Temperature checks for employees before every shift

  • 50% customer capacity at all times

  • Hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility

  • Increased cleaning for high traffic areas (railings, benches, balls, rings, bars, etc.) throughout the day while our customers are in the center

  • Continued daily deep cleaning of the entire facility (trampolines, obstacles, toddler zone, airbags, cafe, etc.

  • Daily deep cleaning of the entire facility (trampolines, obstacles, toddler zone, airbags, cafe, etc.)

  • Social distancing practices where appropriate (kiosks, front desk, retail, cafe, attractions, etc.)
