"We'll tumble for ya!" Our tumbling program is designed to help develop fundamentals and advance as a tumbler.

Whether you're training for a national competition, or just for fun, this is the place. KTR is equipped with a warped wall, salmon ladder, quintuple steps, rings, slacklines, and more. Working on jumping, crawling, climbing, vaulting, and flipping through obstical coarse training.

Gymnastics

We offer competitive gymnastics, Xcel through Elite gymnastics. Vault, beam, bounce, tumble and twist. We help aspiring gymnasts of any age or level learn new skills, develop strength, flexibility and aerobic endurance. Beginner, intermediate and advanced classes available.
