Participant and Facility Requirements

Participation in physical or recreational activities may involve inherent risks. Participants and their parents or legal guardians are responsible for reviewing and completing any required waivers, releases, safety acknowledgments, or health information before participation.

Participants must follow posted facility rules and reasonable safety instructions provided by KTR Mesa staff.

We may restrict participation when reasonably necessary to protect the health, safety, or welfare of participants, visitors, or staff.

Children and Parent or Guardian Responsibilities

Our services may be intended for children, but registrations and purchases for minors must be completed or authorized by a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

• Completing required forms and waivers

• Reviewing program requirements

• Informing us of relevant needs or restrictions

• Ensuring compliance with applicable facility and program rules
